摘  要:低伤害武力控制技术因其理念先进、可操作性强,正在全国监狱逐步推广。教学实践中发现,被控制对象在地面俯卧状态下进行双手手腕锁控制存在程序繁琐、不易操作等问题。同样,在背后上铐遇到反抗时,强制落地控制过程中也存在上述问题。在学历教育以及司法部监狱干警培训班教学中,发现单手手腕锁的引入使上述两种情况下控制过程更加简单、高效安全。单手手腕锁适合引入到低伤害武力控制技术体系中。Due to its advanced conception and strong maneuverability,the technology of forced control with low injury has been gradually promoted in prisons across the country.As indicated in teaching and practice,it was complicated and hard to cuff both hands of an object while he/she was lying prone on the ground.These problems also existed during back cuffing with resistance from the object or in the process of forced landing control.Within the teaching of both academic education and the training of the prison police officers sponsored by the Ministry of Justice,we have found that the application of the single-handed cuffs can make the controlling process more simple,efficient and safe in the above two situations.The single-handed cuffs are suitable to be introduced into the technology of forced control with low injury.
