摘　　要：当今世界正经历百年未有之大变局,与管仲所处的春秋时代类似,旧的秩序正在崩塌,新的规则正在形成中。管仲主张以礼、义、廉、耻为国之四维,其中礼是核心。管仲认为:大一统是理想的国家治理模式;维护君主权威,有利于政令畅通;强调以法治国,国家通过选拔人才和发展经济实现富国强兵,管仲成功辅佐齐桓公成为春秋第一霸。走中国特色的社会主义道路,意味着无先例可行。以史为鉴,总结分析管仲两千多年前的治理经验,可以为解决现在的问题提供思路。Similar to the Spring and Autumn Period when Guan Zhong lived,the current world is undergoing tremendous changes with the collapse of old orders and the formation of new rules.Guan Zhong treated the sense of propriety,justice,honesty and honor as the four dimensions of a state,of which propriety was regarded as the core.Guan Zhong believed in unification as an ideal mode for goverance of a state.Besides,he also believed that upholding the authority of monarch could facilitate the smooth promulgation of policies and orders.He also emphasized the rule of law.Acoording to him,a nation could become prosperous and strong by menas of selecting talents and developing economy.Guan Zhong successfully helped Duke Huan of Qi become the overlord in the Spring and Autumn Period.To take the socialist route with Chinese characteristics means that there are no precedents to follow.With history as a mirror,the summarization and analysis of Guan Zhong’s experience of governance over 2000 years ago can provide some ideas for solving the current problems.
