司法行政系统人才需求与职业院校专业设置匹配分析

摘　　要：我国司法行政系统人才需求发生了新变化,职业院校司法类专业设置与人才培养呈现出新情况、新问题。结合司法行政发展及其人才需求调查,应从优化专业布局结构、改革专业人才培养、提高专业建设水平三个方面完善司法职业院校司法类专业设置,以提高专业设置与行业职业岗位群、人才培养与行业人才需求的匹配度。New changes have occurred with respect to the talent demands in the judicial administrative system in our country,and so have new challenges in the specialty settings at the judicial vocational colleges.In view of the development of judicial administration and the talent demand investigation,the specialty settings at the judicial vocational colleges should be innovated from the three aspects of optimizing specialty structure,reforming cultivation of professionals,and improving the professional construction,so as to enhance the matching degree between specialty settings and industrial occupations and between talent cultivation and talent demands in the industry.
