摘  要:教育矫治是提高强制隔离戒毒戒治效果、实现戒毒目标的重要手段。在建立全国统一司法行政戒毒模式的新形势下,应明确强制隔离戒毒中教育理念人文价值的彰显、教育效果的有效呈现、教育手段综合开放的创新、教治并举精准戒毒的内在诉求。由于社会关注度低、场所重视度差、开放程度不高等原因,使强制隔离戒毒教育的矫治效果不佳。应通过转变"劳教"思维,坚持以人为本的教育理念、采用开放共享的信息化手段、建立精准化的教学评价体系等,把握教育矫治的核心地位,提高教育矫治质量和专业化水平,实现戒治效果的最大化。Educational rehabilitation is an important measure to improve the effectiveness of mandatorily isolated drug treatment and achieve the goal of the drug rehabilitation.Under the new situation of establishing a unified and nationwide judicial model for drug rehabilitation,it is necessary to highlight the manifestation of the humanistic values in the concept of mandatorily isolated drug treatment,the effective presentation of correctional achievements,the innovation of comprehensive and open educational methods,and the internal requirements of precise drug rehabilitation with both education and governance.However,due to inadequate attention from either the society or the relevant authorities along with insufficient openness,the effectiveness of mandatorily isolated drug rehabilitation is not so much satisfying.To transform the labor reeducation concept,to adhere to the people-oriented philosophy,to adopt open and commonly shared information-based methods,to establish a precise educational assessment system,and to uphold the core position of educational rehabilitation all tend to be the effective measures not only to improve the professionalism and quality of the correction but also to maximize the effectiveness of the drug rehabilitation.
