广东省未成年人吸毒问题的原因及对策探究

摘　　要：未成年人吸毒问题是影响社会和谐稳定的重要因素之一。调查发现,广东省未成年人吸毒问题呈现整体形势趋缓、以低学历为主、女性和欠发达地区占比上升等特点,其原因主要是受特殊地缘、未成年人心智不成熟、家庭脱管失控和社会环境等因素影响。要通过深化毒品预防宣传教育、净化社会治安环境、强化未成年人保护、加强未成年吸毒人员教育戒治和戒毒人员延伸帮扶等举措,解决未成年人吸毒问题。The problem of juvenile drug abuse is one of the major factors undermining the social stability and harmony.As indicated in some studies,the overall situation of juvenile drug abuse in Guangdong Province has become defused yet increased in proportion among girl minors and those receiving little schooling or from underdeveloped regions.The main reasons behind the phenomenon include the special geography,minors’mental immaturity,irresponsible family,and social environment.The problem of juvenile drug abuse can be solved by means of furthering anti-drug propaganda,clarifying the public security environment,strengthening the protection of minors,reinforcing the drug rehabilitation,and providing extended assistance to the juvenile delinquents.
