高职教育理论视域下我国高职法律教育的思考

摘　　要：在我国职业教育体系中,高职教育占有重要地位,体现着职业教育的本质属性和内涵。而高职法律教育在高职教育中占有重要地位,同样体现着高职教育的基本内涵,但却具有独特的内涵要素。因此,高职法律教育在人才培养目标与模式、专业内涵建设等方面,与高职教育具有共性,体现着高职教育的内涵建设要求。但高职法律教育是特殊的高职教育。在当前形势下,高职教育应继续遵循高职教育发展要求,注重专业内涵建设。也更要注重高职法律教育的特殊性去发展。As an important part of the occupational education system in our country,higher vocational education embodies the essences and connotations of occupational education.Being one of the major parts of higher vocational education,legal science education also reflects the basic connotations of the higher occupational education,yet with its own sine qua non.Therefore,Legal science education at higher vocational colleges is of the same characteristics as the higher vocational eduation in the goals and models of talent cultivation,which embodies the internal requirements of professionalism construction of occupational education.On the other hand,higher vocational legal education is a special occupational education.Under the current situation,higher vocational education should continue to be conducted in line with the development needs of higher vocational education and the professionalism construction,while more attention should be paid to the particularity of legal science education at higher vocational colleges.
