摘　　要："一带一路"倡议现已进入具体制度实施阶段。在"一带一路"倡议的框架下,需要重构契合人类需要的金融规则。在当前既有的国际金融格局背景下,探索我国重构规则可能面临的挑战及路径显得尤为重要。我国存在面向建设者转型、领导者、多重角色冲突等多方面的挑战,通过继续深化与"一带一路"沿线各国金融机构的务实合作,构建金融体系支持"一带一路"建设,强化及完善与各国的金融政策沟通协调机制,积极推进人民币国际化,实现重构国际金融规则的目标。The initiative of One-Belt-One-Road has entered into the implementing stage of concrete institutions.Under the initiative framework,it is necessary to restructure the financial rules to meet the needs of all mankind around the world.In view of the prevailing international financial structure,it is very important to study the challenges that our country may face when restructuring our financial rules and countermeasures we can take to defy them.Now we are faced with various challenges including the transformation towards constructors,leadership,and multiple role conflicts.The objective of restructuring financial rules can be achieved through furthering practical collaboration among the financial institutions of the countries along the Road,building financial supporting systems for the construction of One Belt One Road,improving communication and coordination of the financial policies of the countries,and actively promoting internationalization of RMB.
