摘　　要：调解员在调解离婚纠纷的过程中,经常遇到当事人无视自身与小孩的感情基础,争夺监护权、阻挠对方监护、其他家庭成员介入纠纷的调解等问题,调解员调解离婚应从有利于未成年子女的照顾、尊重离婚纠纷当事人的意愿出发,劝导双方当事人以平和的方式来解决纠纷、理解双方的立场及处境,时刻提醒离婚当事人当好父母。During the mediation of divorce disputes,a mediator may often meet the issues like ignorance of the emotional basis between the parties concerned and their children,fight for child custody,obstruction to the other party’s custody,and intervention of other family members in the mediation.When mediating a divorce case,the mediator should start from the care of the minor children and the respect of the both parties,and then persuade both parties to resolve the disputes in a peaceful manner.Besides,the mediator should understand the positions and situations of both parties and remind them to be a good parent from time to time.
