摘 要:法学教材是体现法学教学内容和教学方法的知识载体,其承载着法学教育的教与学。在法学教材编写过程中,存在着理论深度不够、理论与实践联系不密切、教材篇幅较大等问题。应确立正确的指导思想,及时掌握法学教学的需求和本学科领域最新的成熟理论观点,明确教材的理论深度。根据教学计划的要求,合理设置教材的结构篇幅、增加内容形式要件、更新编写模式,同时注重教材的理论性与实践性相结合,进一步提高法学教材的编写质量。A law textbook is a knowledge carrier which embodies the teaching contents and teaching methods in law and carries the teaching and learning of law education.There are such problems when compiling a law textbook as being superficial in theory,separated between theory and practice and great in length.The theoretical depth of a law textbook should be determined in accordance with correct guidelines and timely acquaintance of the needs of law teaching as well as the latest yet mature viewpoints in the subject.The compilers should,in view of the teaching plan,rationally set the structure of the textbook,add formal requirements,update compiling modes,and meanwhile,pay close attention to the combination of theoretical textbook with practical operation so as to further improve the compiling quality of the law textbooks.
