摘　　要：承担为司法行政行业对口培养人才的司法警官职业院校普遍面临办学体制不顺、办学层次过低及生源质量持续大幅下降问题,不仅严重影响其人才培养水平和自身的生存及健康发展,也直接影响司法行政行业人才补给和政法干警队伍建设水平,更深远影响司法行政系统治理能力现代化推进状况。因此,司法警官职业院校办学体制亟待转型,办学层次亟须提升。Judicial poli ce vocational colleges,which are responsible for turning out talents for judicial administration,are generally faced with the problems of unsuccessful schooling mechanism,declined schooling levels and continuous decrease in the quality of students enrolled.It has not only greatly affected the colleges’ level of talent cultivation and their own survival or development,but also directly influenced the supply of the talents for the judicial administration and the construction of police force.Furthermore,it has obstructed the modernization of the judicial administration system in the governance capacity.Therefore,it is imperative that the schooling mechanism be transformed and the schooling level be upgraded at the judicial police vocational colleges.
