摘　　要：马克思主义政治法律学,以国家上层建筑及其与经济基础的互动关系作为主要研究对象,是与马克思主义政治经济学相对应的重大理论范畴和理论体系,是一门综合性、系统性、集成性的新学科。习近平法治思想把马克思主义国家学说和法治理论同中国依法治国、依法执政具体实践相结合,同中华传统政治文明和优秀法治文化相结合,集中体现了马克思主义政治法律学的本质特征和精髓要义。我们应加快推动马克思主义国家学说和法治理论中国化时代化的创新发展,努力构建中国法学自主知识体系。Marxist political-legal science,with the interaction between the superstructure of state and its economic foundation as the main research object,is a major theoretical category and system corresponding to Marxist political economics.It is a comprehensive,systematic,and integrated new discipline.Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law combines Marxist state theory and theory of rule of law with China’s specific practice of law-based governance and law-based exercise of state power,as well as traditional Chinese political civilization and excellent rule of law culture,which embodies the essential characteristics and essence of Marxist political-legal science.We should accelerate the innovative development of Marxist state theory and rule of law theory with localization and modernization,and strive to build an autonomous legal knowledge system in China.
