摘　　要：伴随中国特色社会主义进入新时代,中国特色社会主义司法发展取得了一系列重大成就,司法领域发生一系列重大变革,司法体制改革深入推进,司法工作更加坚定地迈向现代化。习近平法治思想是新时代司法体制改革与司法工作现代化的理论指南和根本遵循。党的领导是深化司法体制改革、推进司法工作现代化的根本政治保证,是其最大的政治优势和强劲的政治动力。以人民为中心是司法工作现代化的根本目的,是司法工作现代化的主体力量与动力源泉。推进司法工作现代化,在方法论原则上,要注重把握改革的系统性、整体性、协同性,正确处理改革和法治的辩证关系,坚持整体推进和重点突破相结合,坚持加强顶层设计和鼓励基层探索相结合;在路径选择上,必须坚持从我国国情和实际出发,坚持传承中华优秀传统法律文化与借鉴国外法治有益成果的统一。With socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,the judicial development of socialism with Chinese characteristics has made a series of major achievements,a series of major changes have taken place in the judicial field,the reform of the judicial system has been further promoted,and judicial work is more firmly moving towards modernization.Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is the theoretical guideline and fundamental guidance for the reform of the judicial system and the modernization of judicial work in the new era.The leadership of the Party is the fundamental political guarantee for deepening the reform of the judicial system and promoting the modernization of judicial work and is its greatest political advantage and strong political driving force.Putting the people at the center is the fundamental goal of modernization of judicial work,and it is the main force and driving force of modernization of judicial work.To promote the modernization of judicial work,in terms of methodological principles,we should focus on grasping the systematicness,integration,and cooperativity of reform,correctly handling the dialectical relationship between reform and the rule of law,adhering to the combination of overall promotion and key breakthroughs,and strengthening top-level design and encouraging grassroots exploration.In terms of path selection,from China's national conditions and reality,it is necessary to adhere to the unity of inheriting the excellent traditional Chinese legal culture and learning from the beneficial achievements of foreign states.
