摘 要:为了高效回收利用烧结工序的显热,本研究以烧结矿在余热罐内的热行为为研究对象,开展了实验研究。研究表明,冷却时间延长,烧结矿冷却效率降低;降低入口空气温度、加快入口空气流速以及加厚烧结矿料层厚度有利于提高烧结矿的冷却效率。随着入口空气温度升高,烧结矿EX回收率先增加后降低,并于70℃时达到EX回收率峰值;入口空气流速提高,EX回收率升高;增加烧结矿料层厚度,EX回收率先增加后降低,并于850 mm达到峰值。In order to efficiently recycle the sensible heat of the sintering process,this study carried out experimental research on the thermal behavior of sinter in the waste heat tank.Studies have shown that the cooling time was prolonged and the cooling efficiency of the sintered ore was reduced.Reducing the inlet air temperature,accelerating the inlet air flow rate and thickening the thickness of the sintered ore layer were beneficial to improve the cooling efficiency of the sintered ore.As the inlet air temperature increased,the sinter EX recovery rate increased first and then decreased,and the EX recovery rate peak was 70°C;the inlet flow rate of the cooling air increased,the EX recovery rate increased;the thickness of the sinter layer increased,and the EX recovery rate increased first and the decreases.After the reduction,and reached the peak at 850 mm.
