张峰水库水源区水土保持现状及建议

摘　　要：张峰水库是沁河干流上的一座大型水利枢纽工程、晋城市最重要的水源地,是解决晋城市水资源供需矛盾的一项重大战略性工程。水源区水土流失严重制约张峰水库水源区生态文明建设,对供水水质安全构成新的潜在威胁,为保证供水水质长期稳定达标,确保水质安全,建设水源区和谐社会,实现可持续发展,就必须搞好水源区水土保持。本文分析了张峰水库水源区水土保持建设的必要性、采取的措施和面临的问题及建议。Zhangfeng reservoir is a large-scale water control project on the main stream of Qinhe River and the most important water source in Jincheng city.It is a major strategic project to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in Jincheng city.Water and soil loss in the water source area seriously restricts the construction of ecological civilization in the water source area of Zhangfeng reservoir,and poses a new potential threat to the safety of water supply quality.In order to ensure the long-term stability of water supply quality,ensure water quality safety,build a harmonious society in the water source area and realize sustainable development,it is necessary to do a good job in water and soil conservation in the water source area This paper analyzes the necessity,measures,problems and Countermeasures of soil and water conservation construction in the water source area of Zhangfeng reservoir.
