摘 要:淤地坝系建设是黄河中游水土流失治理的主要措施之一。本文以吕梁山区徐家沟小流域为例,研究淤地坝系建设在黄河中游水土流失治理方面的成效。结果表明,在黄土覆盖区的小流域,建设骨干坝和小型坝群的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益显著,徐家沟小流域沟道治理可增加坝地和滩地57.69 hm^(2),可减少入黄泥沙108.94万m^(3),使区域内群众生产生活条件得到了的改善,极大地减轻了河道淤积,流域内地下水位明显提高,下游沟道的径流量明显增加,区域环境得到了明显改善。黄河流域水土流失区需要继续建设、完善沟道治理工程。The construction of silt dam system is one of the main measures to control soil erosion in the middle Yellow River.Taking the Xujiagou watershed in Luliang mountain area as an example,the effects of silt dam system on soil erosion control in the middle Yellow River are studied.The results show that the economic,ecological and social benefits of constructing silt DAM system are significant in the small watershed of the area covered with loess.The channel management of Xujiagou watershed increased the dam and beach land by 57.69 hm^(2)and reduced the sediment entering the Yellow River 1.0894 million m^(3),which improved the production and living conditions of the people in the area,greatly reduced the sedimentation of the river,and reduced the groundwater level in the watershed.Significantly improved,the runoff of the downstream channel has increased significantly,and the regional environment has been significantly improved So,the silt dam system in the Yellow River Basin needs to continue to build and improve the channel management project.
