摘 要:为研究喷水推进操舵倒航机构的力学特性,针对两种一体式操舵倒航机构方向舵(型式1和型式2),采用RANS方法及VOF算法,对方向舵进行两相流计算,得到不同舵角下的流场,并进行操舵流场分析。结果显示,随舵角增加,型式1的侧向力整体比型式2大,且在小舵角下优势更为明显;方向舵进口的喷溅损失系数和舵角成正相关,且型式1的喷溅损失系数整体小于型式2。研究结果表明,在相同舵角下,增大方向舵对水流的偏转作用及减少喷溅损失有利于提高方向舵的侧向力。In order to study the force performance of waterjet steering and reversing gear,RANS method and VOF algorithm are adopted to calculate the two-phase flow of steering gear with two different types of integrated steering and reversing gear(the type 1 and the type 2).The flow field of steering gear at different steering angles was obtained and analyzed.Results show that the lateral force of the type 1 is larger than that of the type 2 with the steering angles increasing,which has a significantly advantage at the small steering angle.The splash loss at the inlet of the rudder is closely relative to the steering angle and the splash loss coefficient of the type 1 is less than that of type 2 normally.This study shows that improving the deflection effect of the rudder and reducing the splash loss of the rudder inlet can provide a benefit to increase the lateral force at the same steering angle.
