摘 要:涡激振动是海洋立管造成结构疲劳损伤的主要原因,为了研究整流罩对大长径比柔性立管涡激振动的抑制效果问题开展了数值模拟。运用切片法的思想,在每个切面上利用离散涡方法计算二维涡激振动响应,并结合有限体积法和增量法,对准三维柔性立管在垂向上的结构振动特性进行了数值分析。经过对比发现,在0.4 m/s和1.2 m/s的流速下,长度为120m的立管在安装60°整流罩之后长柔性立管的横向振动幅值与裸管相比减小90%以上,振动模态从二阶和三阶降为一阶,尾流场的涡脱落模式更为稳定,说明整流罩对于大长细比柔性立管涡激振动的抑制效果十分明显。数值研究结果对于实际工程领域内整流罩的应用具有参考价值。Vortex-induced vibration is the main cause of structural fatigue damage caused by marine risers.In order to study the effect of the fairing on the vortex-induced vibration of the three-dimensional flexible riser,a numerical simulation is carried out.Using the idea of strip method,the discrete vortex method is used to calculate the two-dimensional vortex-induced vibration response on each section,and combined with the finite volume method and the incremental method,the vertical structural vibration characteristics of the three-dimensional flexible riser are numerically analyzed.After comparison,it is found that at different flowrates,the lateral vibration amplitude of the three-dimensional flexible riser after the installation of the 60°fairing is greatly reduced compared with that of the bare pipe,and the vibration mode is reduced from the second and third orders to the first order.The vortex shedding mode of the wake flow fie ld is more stable,indicating that the fairing has a very obvious suppression effect on the vortex-induced vibration of the flexible ri ser with a large slenderness ratio.The numerical research results have reference value for the application of fairing in the actual engineering field.
