摘 要:在保证氧化锌脱硫剂脱硫精度达到0.1×10^(-6)时,尽量提高其穿透硫容,主要考察了MnO_(2)、CuO两种助剂的添加对氧化锌的脱硫性能的影响。采用共沉淀法制备若干Mn和Cu掺杂的锌基脱硫剂。以脱硫剂的硫容为评价指标,考察了Zn/Mn/Cu的物质的量配比、沉淀剂及煅烧温度对脱硫剂脱硫性能的影响。结果表明:Zn/Mn/Cu的物质的量配比对脱硫剂的脱硫性能有很大影响,其配比为63.4∶30.5∶6.1,沉淀剂选择碳酸氢铵,煅烧温度为450℃时,脱硫剂的硫容最大,脱硫效果最好。Try to increase its penetration sulfur capacity when ensuring the desulfurization accuracy of zinc oxide desulfurizer reaches 0.1×10^(-6).The effect of the addition of MnO_(2)and CuO on the desulfurization performance of zinc oxide is mainly investigated.Several Mn and Cu doped zinc-based desulfurizers were prepared by co-precipitation method.Taking the sulfur capacity of the desulfurizer as the evaluation index,the effects of the amount ratio of Zn/Mn/Cu,the precipitation agent and the calcination temperature on the desulfurization performance of the desulfurizer were investigated.The results show that the ratio of Zn/Mn/Cu material has a great influence on the desulfurization performance of the desulfurizer.When the ratio is 63.4∶30.5∶6.1,the precipitant is ammonium bicarbonate,and the calcination temperature is 450℃,the desulfurization The sulfur capacity of the agent is the largest and the desulfurization effect is the best.
