摘  要:高密度条件下钻井液技术仍存在诸多问题,如钻井周期长、钻速慢、成本高、维护处理困难等,仍未得到彻底解决。本文对近年来高密度钻井液的研究和现场应用过程中存在的问题及解决的技术思路和方法进行了总结。对目前国内外油田使用的加重材料:活化重晶石、铁矿粉和钛铁矿粉、方铅矿粉、微锰等进行分析。There are still many problems in drilling fluid and completion fluid under high density conditions,such as long drilling cycle,slow drilling speed,high cost,difficult maintenance and treatment,etc.,which have not been completely solved.In this paper,the problems,the technical ideas and methods are summarized about the research and field application of high density drilling fluids in recent years.The weighting materials used in oil fields at home and abroad,such as activated barite,iron ore powder and ilmenite powder,galena powder and micro-manganese,which were analyzed.
