摘　　要：从工艺流程、催化剂和反应器三个方面对Innovene气相法聚丙烯工艺进行了综述。该工艺法采用两个串联的卧式搅拌反应器,主要通过丙烯单体闪蒸的方式进行撤热。所采用的CD催化剂可以生产均聚、无规共聚和抗冲共聚所有范围内的聚丙烯产品。卧式搅拌反应器结构较简单、物料停留时间分布窄,且在防止热点和结块产生方面具有独特设计。This article reviews the Innovene gas phase polypropylene process from three aspects:process,catalyst and reactor.The process adopts two horizontal stirred reactors connected in series,and the heat is removed mainly by flashing propylene monomer.The CD catalyst used can produce polypropylene products in all ranges of homopolymerization,random copolymerization and impact copolymerization.The horizontal stirred reactor has a simpler structure,narrow material residence time distribution,and has a unique design in preventing hot spots and agglomeration.
