眼针配合穴位按摩在腰椎间盘突出症伴坐骨神经痛护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察眼针配合穴位按摩在腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)伴坐骨神经痛患者中的护理效果。方法:选取2022年1月~2023年1月成都中医药大学附属医院收治的LDH伴坐骨神经痛患者78例,以随机数表法分成研究组与对照组各39例。给予对照组常规护理,研究组则在其基础上予以眼针配合穴位按摩干预,比较两组患者干预前后的视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分、睡眠质量评价量表(PSQI)评分、日本骨科协会系统(JOA)评分、腰椎活动度及生活质量。结果:干预后两组患者的VAS评分、PSQI评分较干预前减少,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。与此同时干预后两组患者的JOA评分、前屈、后伸、左侧屈、右侧屈角度均较干预前增加,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。另外干预后两组患者的躯体功能、生活环境、心理健康及社会关系评分较干预前增加,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:眼针配合穴位按摩干预能显著减轻LDH伴坐骨神经痛患者的疼痛程度,同时能提高患者的睡眠质量及腰椎功能,并有助于患者生活质量的改善,值得推荐。Objective:To observe the nursing effect of eye acupuncture combined with acupoint massage in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)and sciatica.Methods:A total of 78 patients with LDH and sciatica who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly assigned to the study group and the control group with 39 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given eye acupuncture and acupoint massage on the basis of routine nursing.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,sleep quality(PSQI)scores,Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)scores,range of motion of lumbar spine and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the VAS scores and PSQI scores of the two groups decreased,and the study group had lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The JOA scores and ranges of antiflexion,retroextension,left flexion and right flexion in the two groups increased.These indicators in the study group were higher/larger than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores for physical function,living environment,mental health and social relations in the two groups increased,and the study group had higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Eye acupuncture combined with acupoint massage can significantly alleviate pain in patients with LDH and sciatica and improve their sleep quality,lumbar function and quality of life.
