中药浴足方(消癫灵)结合中医辨证施护在免疫性血小板减少性紫癜中的护理研究

摘　　要：目的:探索我科自制中药足浴方(消癜灵)联合辨证施护在免疫性血小板减少性紫癜中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月~2021年6月的本院血液科患者110例,随机分为对照组和观察组各55例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上辨证施护联合消癜灵足浴方,比较两组患者皮肤瘀点、瘀斑情况、并发症发生率,满意度和护理人员解决问题能力。结果:观察组患者出血情况、并发症发生率在干预后明显低于干预前,且干预后出血情况、并发症发生率显著低于对照组;患者满意度和护理人员解决问题能力在干预后明显高于干预前,且满意度和护理人员解决问题能力观察组得分明显高于对照组,均具有统计学差异(P<0.05);对照组干预前后变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药浴足方结合辨证施护能有效改善患者出血情况,减少患者并发症发生率,有效帮助患者康复,提高了患者对医护人员的满意度,增加了患者对医护人员的信任,进而提高了患者的护理效果。Objective:This study aimed to investigate the efficacy of combining Chinese medicine foot bath formula(Xiaodianling)with syndrome differentiation nursing in managing immune thrombocytopenic purpura.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2021,a total of 110 patients in the Department of Hematology in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:a control group that received routine nursing,and an observation group that received syndrome differentiation nursing combined with Xiaodianling foot bath formula in addition to routine nursing.Skin ecchymosis,ecchymosis,complication rate,satisfaction,and the problem-solving ability of nurses were compared between the two groups.Results:The bleeding and complication rates in the observation group were significantly lower after the intervention compared to before,and the bleeding and complication rates after the intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group.Patients'satisfaction and nurses'problem-solving ability after intervention were significantly higher than those before,and the scores of satisfaction and nurses'problem-solving ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the control group before and after intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combining Chinese medicine's foot bath formula(Xiaodianling)with syndrome differentiation nursing can effectively improve bleeding in patients with immune thrombocytopenic purpura,reduce the incidence of complications,and help patients recover.Additionally,it can improve patients'satisfaction with medical staff,increase patients'trust in medical staff,and improve the nursing effect on patients.
