摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎为消化系统疑难病之一,其病情反复发作,迁延难愈。韩捷教授从中医整体观念、辨证论治理论出发,提出以中药、保留灌肠、中药栓剂及俞募配穴法为核心的中医四联疗法。在溃疡性结肠炎活动期、缓解期根据疾病本质的变化选择不同的治疗方法相伍,为中医治疗溃疡性结肠炎,改善患者生存质量,诱导病情缓解提供新路径。Ulcerative colitis is a complex and challenging disease of the digestive system,characterized by recurrent episodes that can be difficult to manage and treat effectively.Professor Han Jie has proposed a novel four-combination therapy that draws upon the holistic principles of Chinese medicine and the theory of diagnosis and treatment.The therapy incorporates Chinese herbal medicine,preserved enema,Chinese herbal suppositories,and the Yu Ren Ren method as the core components,with the aim of providing a more comprehensive and tailored approach to the treatment of ulcerative colitis.By selecting different treatment methods during the active and remission phases of the disease,the therapy can adapt to the changing nature of the disease and improve patient outcomes.
