摘　　要：带状疱疹后神经痛是一种常见的神经病理性疼痛,临床表现为发疹部位疼痛不适,可严重影响患者生活质量。中医外治法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛安全有效,其中皮肤针因具有操作简便、刺激强度灵活等特点,广泛应用于临床。络病理论源于《黄帝内经》,多用于慢性病的临床诊治,与带状疱疹后神经痛的发病及诊疗密切相关。故本文基于络病理论探讨带状疱疹后神经痛的病因病机及皮肤针治疗,认为络脉痹阻与络脉虚滞为其主要病机,治疗以通络为原则,通过祛邪通络、扶正通络恢复络脉正常的生理功能,进一步为皮肤针治疗带状疱疹后神经痛提供临床依据。Postherpetic neuralgia is a common neuropathic pain,which is clinically manifested as pain and discomfort at the site of the eruption,which can seriously affect the quality of life of patients.The external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is safe and effective in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,among which the dermatological needle is widely used in clinic because of its simple operation and flexible stimulation intensity.The theory of collateral disease originated from Huangdi Neijing,which is mostly used in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases,and is closely related to the incidence and diagnosis and treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Therefore,based on the theory of collaterals disease to investigate the etiology and pathogenesis of after herpes zoster neuralgia and dermal needle treatment,think collaterals impatency and collaterals virtual delay as its main pathogenesis,treatment with vein relaxing for the principle,through eliminating pathogenic factors and renewing collaterals normal physiological function,further to provide clinical basis for dermal needle treatment of neuralgia after herpes zoster.
