任督灸联合中药保留灌肠治疗脾虚湿蕴型溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察任督灸联合中药灌肠治疗脾虚湿蕴型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:选取60例脾虚湿蕴型溃疡性结肠炎患者,按随机数字法均分为治疗组和对照组。其中治疗组采用任督灸联合中药保留灌肠治疗,对照组采用中药保留灌肠治疗,均连续治疗4周。检测两组患者治疗前、后的血常规指标白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(PLT)、血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(ALB)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)以及C-反应蛋白(CRP)和粪便钙卫蛋白(FCP)水平,并对比两组患者治疗后的综合临床疗效、中医证候疗效以及结肠镜下粘膜组织的改善情况。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组患者在治疗后WBC,PLT,ESR,CRP及FCP水平降低(P<0.05),而Hb和ALB升高(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的综合临床疗效、中医证候疗效的总有效率以及结肠镜下粘膜组织改善情况均显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:任督灸联合中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效确切,可以作为一种很好的辅助治疗的手段。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of applying Ren-Du moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis of spleen deficiency and dampness.Methods:Sixty patients with ulcerative colitis of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type were selected and divided into a treatment group anda controlled group according to random number method.Among them,the treatment group was treated with Ren-Du moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema,and the controlled group was treated with retention enema,both of which were treated continuously for 4 weeks.Detected the blood routine indexes white blood cell count(WBC),platelet count(PLT),hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(ALB),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP)and stool calprotectin(FCP)level of the two groups before and after treatment,and compared the comprehensive clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy and the improvement of mucosal tissue under colonoscopy between the two groups of patients after treatment.Results:Compared with the controledl group,the WBC,PLT,ESR,CRP and FCP levels of the treatment group decreased after treatment(P<0.05),while Hb and ALB increased(P<0.05).After treatment,the comprehensive clinical efficacy of the treatment group,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome efficacy,and the improvement of mucosal tissue under colonoscopy were significantly better than those of the controlled group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Ren-Du moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,and it can be used as a good auxiliary treatment.
