电针联合CBT治疗轻中度产后抑郁症临床疗效及对血清性激素的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究电针联合认知行为治疗(CBT)治疗轻中度产后抑郁症的临床疗效及对血清性激素的影响。方法:选取2019年9月-2021年3月我院收治的95例轻中度产后抑郁症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,对照组采用假电针联合CBT治疗,研究组采用电针联合CBT治疗,对比两组临床疗效、性激素水平、神经递质水平、不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为91.11%,显著高于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05);研究组雌二醇(E_(2))、催乳激素(PRL)水平高于对照组(P<0.05),孕酮(P)低于对照组(P<0.05),多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率、疗程结束3个月复发率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:电针联合CBT可有效缓解轻中度产后抑郁症患者临床症状,促进性激素水平恢复,升高血清DA、5-HT、NE水平,但在减少不良反应、降低复发率方面未显示出明显优势。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of applying electro-acupuncture combined with CBT in the treatment of mild to moderate postpartum depression and its influence on serum sex hormones.Methods:From August 2019 to September 2021,95 patients with mild to moderate postpartum depression admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a study group and a controlled group by the random number table method.The controlled group was treated with false EA and CBT.The study group was treated with electro-acupuncture combined with CBT.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels,neurotransmitter levels,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group(91.11%)was higher than that of the controlled group(75.56%)(P<0.05);the levels of estradiol(E_(2))and prolactin(PRL)in the study group were higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05),and progesterone(P)was lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05),the levels of dopamine(DA),serotonin(5-HT)and norepinephrine(NE)were higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate within 3 months after treatment between the two groups and the recurrence rate(P>0.05).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture combined with CBT can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with mild to moderate postpartum depression,promote the recovery of sex hormone levels,and increase serum DA,5-HT,NE levels,but it has not shown obvious advantages in reducing adverse reactions and reducing recurrence rate.
