自拟补肾活血健脾汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效及对排卵情况的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟补肾活血健脾汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床效果及对排卵、性激素水平、月经情况等的影响。方法:选取我院2018年3月~2020年3月接受治疗的94例PCOS患者,根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组(n=47例)与对照组(n=47例)。对照组给予枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊联合二甲双胍治疗,治疗组在以上基础给予自拟补肾活血健脾汤,观察两组排卵情况、性激素水平及月经情况,并对其临床疗效及不良反应发生情况进行记录。结果:与治疗前相比,两组卵巢体积、子宫内膜厚度、卵泡个数、月经持续时长及月经量均显著升高(P<0.05),促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、月经周期均降低(P<0.05),且治疗后与对照组相比,治疗组卵巢体积、子宫内膜厚度、卵泡个数、FSH、月经持续时长及月经量升高(P<0.05),LH、T及月经周期降低(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自拟补肾活血健脾汤治疗PCOS疗效显著,不仅能缓解其临床症状,调节其性激素水平,还能改善排卵及月经情况,不良反应发生风险低,安全性较高。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made Bushen Huoxue Jianpi Decoction on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and its influences on ovulation,the levels of sex hormones and menstrual condition.Methods:A total of 94 patients with PCOS treated in the hospital were enrolled between March 2018 and March 2020.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a treatment group(n=47)and a controlled group(n=47).The controlled group was treated with Clomiphene Citrate Capsules and Metformin,while the treatment group was additionally treated with Self-made Bushen Huoxue Jianpi Decoction.The ovulation,levels of sex hormones and menstrual condition in both groups were observed.The clinical curative effect and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:After treatment,ovarian volume,endometrial thickness,number of follicles,menstrual duration and menstrual volume in both groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),while luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T)and menstrual cycle were decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,ovarian volume,endometrial thickness,number of follicles,FSH,menstrual duration and menstrual volume in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05),LH,T and menstrual cycle were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The total response rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05),and incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the controlled group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Self-made Bushen Huoxue Jianpi Decoction is significant for PCOS patients,which can not only relieve clinical symptoms,regulate levels of sex hormones,but also improve ovulation and menstruation,without increase the risk of adverse reactions and with high safety.
