痹痛贴抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究痹痛贴的抗炎及镇痛作用。方法:将KM小鼠或SD大鼠按体重随机分为模型组、基质组、地塞米松乳膏组、痹痛贴低、中、高剂量组,给药后测定小鼠的耳肿胀度、吸光度值、肉芽肿质量和大鼠的足肿胀度,研究痹痛贴的抗炎作用;将KM小鼠按体重随机分为模型组或对照组、基质组、罗通定组、扶他林组、痹痛贴低、中、高剂量组,给药后测定小鼠的扭体次数、痛阈值和疼痛反应积分,研究痹痛贴的镇痛作用。结果:痹痛贴能抑制二甲苯致小鼠的耳肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠的足肿胀、醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性的增加和小鼠棉球肉芽肿的形成,还可抑制醋酸致小鼠扭体、热板和甲醛致小鼠疼痛。结论:痹痛贴具有一定的抗炎和镇痛作用。Objective:To study the effect of Bitongtie on anti-inflammation and analgesia.Methods:KM mice or SD rats were randomly divided into a model group,a matrix group,a dexamethasone cream group,a Bitongtie low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups according to body weight.After dosing,the degree of ear swelling,absorbance,granuloma quality of mice and the degree of foot swelling of rats were measured to study the anti-inflammatory effect of Bitongtie.KM mice were randomly divided into a model group or a controlled group,a matrix group,a rotundine group,a voltaren group,Bitongtie low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups according to body weight.After dosing,the number of writhing,pain threshold and pain response score of mice were measured to study the analgesia effect of Bitongtie.Results:Bitongtie could inhibit ear swelling in mice caused by xylene,foot swelling in rats caused by carrageenan,increase of capillary permeability in mice caused by acetic acid and cotton ball granuloma formation in mice.It could also inhibit writhing in mice caused by acetic acid,pain in mice caused by hot plate and formaldehyde.Conclusion:Bitongtie has certain effects of anti-inflammation and analgesia.
