摘　　要：《太平圣惠方》是我国第一部由政府组织编写的大型综合类方书,其所载的有关心悸证治的条文达40余条,在前人的基础上完善了心悸的病因病机,扩充了脏腑虚实寒热辨证之心悸证型。本文试对心悸相关条文进行讨论,分析文中心虚之悸证、心实热之悸证、心气不足之悸证、心脏中风之悸证、心脏风虚惊悸之悸证、心脏风热之悸证、胆虚冷之悸证、胆实热之悸证的病因病机、临床表现和治法方药,以及心悸食疗的相关内容,探讨其在当今临床运用中的价值。Holy Benevolent Prescriptions is the first large-scale comprehensive prescription prepared by the government in China.It contains more than 40 clauses on the syndrome and treatment of palpitation.On the basis of predecessors,it improves the etiology and pathogenesis of palpitation and expands the syndrome type of palpitation based on the syndrome differentiation of deficiency and excess of Zang-Fu organs,cold and heat.This paper tries to discuss the relevant provisions of palpitation,analyze the etiology and pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,treatment methods and prescriptions of palpitation syndrome of deficiency of literature center,palpitation syndrome of excess heat of heart,palpitation syndrome of heart wind evil,palpitation syndrome of wind deficiency of heart,palpitation syndrome of wind heat of heart,palpitation syndrome of cold deficiency of gallbladder,palpitation syndrome of excess heat of gallbladder,as well as the relevant contents of diet therapy of palpitation,to explore its value in clinical application.
