乌头(附子)半夏配伍治疗癌性疼痛思路探析

摘　　要：癌性疼痛为影响恶性肿瘤患者生存质量的重要因素之一。目前西医治疗癌痛短期疗效确切,但因其不良反应较大,影响患者的耐受性,不利于癌痛的远期控制。中医药治疗癌痛疗效显著,且具有标本兼治,不良反应小的优势。笔者认为治疗癌痛需整体与局部辨证相结合,并从癌痛寒凝痰阻的局部核心病机出发,探析乌头(附子)与半夏配伍相反相成,切中癌痛病机,通过温阳化痰,散结止痛的作用治疗癌痛的思路,以期为中医药治疗癌痛提供临床经验及思路启发。Cancaer pain is one of the important factors affecting the quality of life of patients with malignant tumors.Nowadays,modern medicine has curative effect on cancer pain in the short term,but is not conducive to the long-term control because of its large adverse reactions which affects the tolerance of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect on cancer pain with the advantage of treating both symptoms and root causes and little adverse reaction.The author believes it is important to pay attention to overall syndrome differentiation and local syndrome differentiation explore the implication Aconitum-Pinellia compatibility of treatment for cancer pain starting from the local core pathogenesis of cancer pain,cold coagulation and phlegm obstruction,which is opposite and complementary and has the function of warming Yang,resolving phlegm,dissolving lumps and relieving pain,in order to provide clinical experience and ideas for the treatment of cancer pain with traditional Chinese medicine.
