浅议胆玄府理论及开玄法在糖尿病中的运用

摘　　要：玄府理论的不断完善可以认为是在藏象理论宏观框架基础上对人体气血津液流通微观辨识的一个探索。五脏六腑皆有玄府,玄府乃气升降出入之道路门户。现对肾玄府、肝玄府等的微观结构探究论述较多,但很少提及胆玄府以及开玄胆府法在治疗糖尿病中的意义。文章初步探究了胆玄府的微观结构、病变形式,与糖尿病的相关性以及举隅运用开玄法治疗糖尿病,旨在进一步完善胆玄府的微观结构,为指导临床运用开玄法治疗糖尿病提供依据。The continuous improvement of Xuanfu theory can be considered as an exploration of the micro identification of the circulation of Qi,blood and body fluid on the basis of the macro framework of the theory of visceral manifestation.There are Xuanfu in every viscera.Xuanfu is the gateway for the ascending and descending of airway.There are many discussions on the microstructure of kidney Xuanfu and liver Xuanfu,but few mention the significance of gallbladder Xuanfu and opening gallbladder Xuanfu in the treatment of diabetes.This paper has preliminarily explored the microstructure and pathological changes of gallbladder Xuanfu,the correlation with diabetes,and the application of opening Xuanfu method in the treatment of diabetes,in order to further improve the microstructure of gallbladder Xuanfu and provide the basis for guiding the clinical application of opening Xuanfu method in the treatment of diabetes.
