三步针罐疗法治疗脾虚湿盛型肥胖的体会与思考

摘　　要：单纯性肥胖的发病率较高,而脾虚湿盛型尤为常见,患者常表现以腹部为主的体型偏胖,伴困倦、乏力、嗜睡等症。本病严重影响了患者的生活和工作,危害着人们的身心健康。“三步针罐”疗法是以薄氏“腹针疗法”取穴为主,采用针刺结合拔罐技术,分步完成减肥施术过程的首创针灸技术。该疗法在治疗肥胖病的临床实践中效果显著,本文以单纯性肥胖病中脾虚湿盛型为例,阐述了关于该病证的针灸临床诊疗思路,并结合典型病例介绍了“三步针罐”疗法减肥的具体诊治方法,为中医治疗单纯性肥胖提供参考,为肥胖患者提供更多的治疗选择。The incidence of simple obesity is high,and the“Splenic-deficiency and Dampness-excess”is particularly common.Patients often show that the abdomen-based body shape is fat,accompanied by sleepy,fatigue,drowsiness and other symptoms.This disease seriously affects the normal life and work of patients,and endangers people’s physical and mental health.The“three-step-needling-cupping”therapy is based on the“abdominal needle therapy”,using acupuncture combined with cupping technology of step by step to complete the first acupuncture technology of the weight loss process.The therapy is remarkable in the treatment of obesity,and this paper takes the“Splenic-deficiency and Dampness-excess”type in simple obesity as an example,expounds the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion of the disease,and combined with typical cases of“three-step-needling-cupping”.The specific diagnosis and treatment of potty to lose weight,in order to provide reference for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to provide reference to more treatment options for obese patients.
