川派中医名家唐廷汉运用消水方治疗肺癌胸水临床经验

摘　　要：肺癌胸水是肺癌晚期最常见的并发症,严重影响患者的生活质量及生存时间。肺癌晚期患者病情重,不能耐受放化疗及手术,四川省名中医、川派中医名家唐廷汉根据其多年临床经验,研制出消水方外用治疗肺癌胸水,临床疗效明确,副反应小,患者易于接受,为临床提供了一种有效的治疗方法。Pleural effusion of lung cancer is the most common complication of advanced lung cancer,which seriously affects the quality of life and survival time of patients.Patients with advanced lung cancer are in a serious condition and cannot tolerate radiotherapy,chemotherapy and surgery.TANG Tinghan,a famous traditional Chinese medicine expert in Sichuan Province and Sichuan school of traditional Chinese medicine,has developed Xiaoshui Formula for external use to treat pleural effusion of lung cancer based on his years of clinical experience.The clinical efficacy is clear,the side effects are small,and the patients are easy to accept.It provides an effective treatment for clinic.
