滋阴清火汤联合超声雾化吸入治疗慢性喉炎疗效及对肺通气功能和气道炎症指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察滋阴清火汤联合超声雾化吸入治疗慢性喉炎疗效及对肺通气功能、气道炎症指标的影响。方法:选取2019年2月~2020年11月间本院收治的92例慢性喉炎患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。对照组给予超神雾化吸入治疗,观察组在此基础上联合滋阴清火汤治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、通气功能、气道炎症指标[白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)]和治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医证候积分均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组用力肺活量和最大呼气流量均上升,且观察组高于对照组;两组IL-2上升,且观察组高于对照组,IL-6、CRP和TNF-α均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组不良反应发生率差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:化滋阴清火汤联合超声雾化吸入治疗CL疗效显著,有效改善CL患者临床症状,肺部通气功能得到提升,改善气道炎症情况,安全性较高。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Ziyin Qinghuo Decoction combined with ultrasonic aerosol inhalation for chronic laryngitis(CL)and its influences on lung ventilation function and airway inflammation indexes.Methods:Ninety-two patients with CL admitted to the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between February 2019 and November 2020.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a controlled group,46 cases in each group.The controlled group was given ultrasonic aerosol inhalation,while the observation group was additionally treated with Ziyin Qinghuo Decoction.The curative effect,scores of TCM syndromes,ventilation function and airway inflammation indexes[interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)]before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,response rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were decreased,which were lower in the observation group than in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,forced vital capacity,peak expiratory flow and IL-2 in both groups were increased,which were higher in the observation group than in the controlled group.After treatment,IL-6,CRP and TNF-αin both groups were all decreased,which were lower of the observation group than the controlled group(P<0.05).During treatment,the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Ziyin Qinghuo Decoction combined with Ultrasonic Aerosol Inhalation is significant on CL,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,lung ventilation function and airway inflammation in CL patients,with high safety.
