《伤寒杂病论》经方治疗复发性口腔溃疡探讨

摘　　要：复发性口腔溃疡属中医领域的“口疮”范畴,认为与脏腑经络有着千丝万缕的联系,治疗以辨证论治为原则。《伤寒杂病论》奠定了我国中医学辨证论治的治疗原则,把疾病发生、发展过程中出现的症状根据病邪入侵经络、脏腑的深浅程度,患者的本质,以及病势的进退趋势,包括患者病史进行整合,分析疾病发病的规律,将外感热性病归纳为六个证候群和八个辨证纲领,系统的分析了疾病的原因、症状、发展阶段和处理方法。复发性口腔溃疡与脏腑五经相关,病性以虚实之分,《伤寒杂病论》中虽对口疮论述较少,但对其方证进行辨析,以异病同治的理论,仍可提取许多治疗复发性口腔溃疡的组方。本研究以《伤寒杂病论》为基础,对现代医家治疗复发性口腔溃疡的辨证规律及用药进行综述,以重温经典,启发思想。Recurrent oral ulcer belongs to the category of oral ulcer in TCM field.It is believed that recurrent oral ulcer is inextricably linked with viscera and meridians,and its treatment is based on the principle of dialectical treatment.Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases lays the foundation for treatment principle of TCM dialectical treatment,integrates symptoms in the process of disease occurrence and development according to the severity of diseases invading the meridians and viscera,patients’natures and the progression and retreat of diseases,including medical history,analyzes onset regularity of diseases,classifies external febrile diseases into six syndrome groups and eight dialectical programs,and systematically analyzes the causes,symptoms,development stages and treatment methods of diseases.Recurrent oral ulcer is related to the viscera and five meridians,and the natures of diseases are divided into deficiency and excess.Although there is little discussion on oral ulcers in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,it is still possible to obtain many treatment methods based on the theory of same treatment to different diseases by dialectical analysis.Based on Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,this study reviews the dialectical laws and medication in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers by modern physicians in order to review the classics and inspire thoughts.
