《针灸资生经》急症用灸思想探析

摘　　要：南宋著名医家王执中所著《针灸资生经》[1]是一部内容丰富的临证针灸专著。书中针灸中药并举,尤以灸法记载最详,可谓宋代以前的灸法之集大成者,其中对于急症灸法的应用,发遑古义,融会新知,有着很深的见解及精辟的论述,对后人急症用灸产生了很大影响。目前研究的不足在于仍缺少对该书急症用灸思想的系统梳理,因此笔者尝试整理挖掘该书经验,以期为现代临床急症用灸提供有益的参考。Classic of Nourishing Life with Acupuncture and Moxibustion is an abundant monograph of acupuncture and moxibustion,written by WANG Zhizhong,a famous doctor in the Southern Song Dynasty.Both acupuncture and moxibustion and Chinese materia medica have been included,the record of moxibustion before the Song Dynasty has been most detailed.Especially the record of moxibustion in Emergencies has deep insight and incisive consideration,and deeply influences the application of moxibustion in Emergencies afterward.The present study has a potential limitation that lacks systematic review about the thoughts of moxibustion in Emergencies.Thus,writer attempt to extract the experience of moxibustion in Emergencies,aiming to provide useful reference for applying moxibustion in modern clinical emergencies.
