茵栀黄汤洗浴联合抚触护理对新生儿黄疸的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究茵栀黄汤洗浴联合抚触护理对新生儿黄疸的效果影响。方法:选择本院2018年01月~2020年10月收治的120例新生儿黄疸患儿,随机数表法分为60例观察组与60例对照组。对照组给予常规干预,观察组给予茵栀黄汤洗浴联合抚触干预。观察两组疗效及胎便转黄时间、首次排便时间、黄疸完全消退时间,并比较干预前后两组转铁蛋白(TRF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、总胆红素(TBIL)、总胆汁酸(TBA)及血清酶指标[谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)]水平。结果:观察组疗效为96.67%,比对照组83.33%高(P<0.05);观察组胎便转黄时间、首次排便时间、黄疸完全消退时间均比对照组短(P<0.05);观察组干预后TRF比对照组高,CRP、TBIL、TBA均比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组干预后ALT、AST、ALP均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:茵栀黄汤洗浴联合抚触护理可提高新生儿黄疸疗效,缩短黄疸消退时间,改善血清学指标。Objective:To explore the effect of Yinzhihuang Decoction bath combined with touch nursing on neonatal jaundice.Methods:A total of 120 neonates with jaundice admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected.They were divided into a study group and a controlled group by the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The controlled group received routine intervention,and the study group received Yinzhihuang Decoction bath combined with touch intervention.Curative effect,time of meconium turning yellow,first defecation time,and time to complete resolution of jaundice in the two groups were observed.The levels of transferrin(TRF),C-reactive protein(CRP),total bilirubin(TBIL),total bile acid(TBA)and serum enzyme indicators[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)]were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:The response rate in the study group(96.67%)was higher than that in the controlled group(83.33%)(P<0.05).The time of meconium turning yellow,first defecation time,and time to complete resolution of jaundice in the study group were shorter than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).After intervention,TRF level in the study group was higher than that in the controlled group,while the levels of CRP,TBIL and TBA were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yinzhihuang Decoction bath combined with touch nursing can improve the curative effect on neonatal jaundice,shorten the time to jaundice resolution,and improve serological indicators.
