家庭康复模式在创伤性肘关节僵硬中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察制定家庭康复模式应用于肘关节僵硬患者家庭康复,观察其康复治疗效果。方法:选取2018年5月至2020年5月肘关节僵硬的患者62人,将家庭康复模式分为中医练功、静态进展性牵伸支具、冷疗、中药外敷四个步骤,患者按流程进行家庭康复治疗,家庭康复周期为4周,每日2次。分别在治疗前和治疗结束后,采用疼痛视觉模拟量表VAS评分评价患肢疼痛情况,采用改良肘关节HSS评分进行功能评价,用Barthel指数评定量表对患者日常生活活动的功能状态进行评估。结果:治疗4周后,患者VAS疼痛评分、肘关节运动功能、Barthel日常活动功能均得到明显改善。结论:家庭康复模式应用于肘关节僵硬中,能降低患者功能活动中的疼痛,有效的改善和促进肘关节功能的恢复,有利于患者在家庭康复中长期坚持使用。Objective:Observing the application of the family rehabilitation model to be applied to the home rehabilitation of patients with elbow stiffness,and to observe the effect of rehabilitation treatment.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2020,62 patients with elbow stiffness were selected,and the family rehabilitation mode was divided into four steps:1.Traditional Chinese medicine exercises;2.Static progressive stretching braces;3.Cold therapy;4.External application of traditional Chinese medicine,and the patients were treated according to the process,and the family rehabilitation cycle was 4 weeks,twice a day.Before and after treatment,VAS score of pain in the affected limb using the Pain Visual Simulation Scale,respectively;Functional evaluation was performed using modified elbow HSS scores,and functional status of patients’daily living activities was assessed using the Barthel Index Rating Scale.Conclusion:The family rehabilitation model is applied to elbow joint stiffness,which can reduce the pain in the patient’s functional activities,effectively improve and promote the recovery of elbow joint function,and is conducive to the patient’s long-term adherence to family rehabilitation.
