《金针赋》“飞经走气”经典针刺法的效用初探

摘　　要：古典刺法“飞经走气”四法应用范围广,其“催运经气”等临床效果显著,已被广泛地应用于针灸临床中。为了传承中医针灸绝学,深入挖掘中医精髓,进一步明晰“飞经走气”四法的临床效用,本文通过对大量相关文献进行研究发现,“飞经走气”针法刺激量较大,可通关过节催运经气,常用于治疗痹痛病证的针灸临床中。The classical acupuncture method“Fei Jing Zou Qi”has a wide range of applications,and its clinical effects such as“Cui Yun Jing Qi”have been widely used in clinical acupuncture.In order to inherit the unique knowledge of acupuncture and moxibustion in traditional Chinese medicine,dig deep into the essence of traditional Chinese medicine,and further clarify the clinical utility of the four methods of“Fei Jing Zou Qi”,this paper studies a large number of related literatures.The results found that the“Fei Jing Zou Qi”acupuncture method has a large amount of stimulation and can pass through the joint“Cui Yun Jing Qi”,and is often used in clinical acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of arthralgia syndrome.
