从《金针赋》论飞经走气针法在骨科疾病中的应用

摘　　要：《金针赋》出自《针灸大全》,为明代医家徐凤所著,其所记载的“飞经走气”针法具有行气通经之效,可通经络、调气血,主要包括青龙摆尾、白虎摇头、苍龟探穴及赤凤迎源4种手法,分别具有“一左一右,慢慢拨动”“退方进圆”“三进一退”及“上下左右,四周飞旋”的特点,对治疗第三腰椎横突综合征、膝关节骨性关节炎等多种骨科疾病效果良好,可有效改善患者疼痛、麻木等临床不适症状,本文主要研究分析了飞经走气针法在骨科疾病中的应用效果,并总结了相关应用经验,旨在为临床提供借鉴。Jinzhen Fu originates from Zhenjiu Daquan which is written by XU Feng,a physician in the Ming Dynasty.The recorded acupuncture method of Feijing Zouqi has the effect of promoting Qi and dredging meridians,which can unclog meridians and collaterals and regulate Qi and blood.Four techniques are mainly mentioned,including Qinglong Baiwei,Baihu Yaotou,Canggui Tanxue and Chifeng Yingyuan,which have the characteristics of“slowly move from left to right”,“lifting in square and insertion in circl”,“"three insertions and one lifting”and“needlepoint for flying from up,down,left and right”.The acupuncture method has good effects in the treatment of various orthopedic diseases such as the third lumbar transverse process syndrome and knee osteoarthritis,and can effectively improve the clinical discomfort symptoms such as pain and numbness of patients.This paper mainly studies and analyzes the application effects of acupuncture method of Feijing Zouqi on orthopedic diseases and summarizes the relevant application experience,aiming to provide reference for clinical practice.
