中药地榆的成分以及其药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：地榆,性寒,味苦酸,无毒;归肝、肺、肾和大肠经。有凉血止血,清热解毒,培清养阴,消肿敛疮等功效,具有广泛的药用价值。据报道,地榆主要含有萜类及皂苷、鞣质及酚酸、黄酮类、木脂素类等化学成分,其药理活性具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗过敏、抗衰老、抗菌抗病毒、抗肿瘤、影响血液系统、抗溃疡、免疫调节及影响生物被膜等作用。本文通过查阅国内外的文献资料,对地榆的化学成分、药理作用作一综述,为地榆的进一步研究及临床应用提供参考。Sanguisorba officinalis L.is cold in nature,bitter and sour in taste and non-toxic,belonging to the liver,lung,kidney and large intestine.It has the functions such as cooling blood and hemostasis,clearing heat and detoxification,cultivating clearing and nourishing Yin as well as reducing swelling and debridement,which imply a broad spectrum of medicinal applications.It has been reported that the main chemical compositions in Sanguisorba officinalis L.include terpenoids,saponins,tannins,phenolic acids,flavonoids,and lignans.Sanguisorba officinalis L.has pharmacological activities including anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,allergy,anti-aging,antibacterial,antiviral,antitumor,modulation in the blood system,anti-ulcer,immune regulation and anti-biofilm etc.This review comprehensively summarizes the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Sanguisorba officinalis L.based on relevant literatures,which could provide indications for further research and therapeutic application for Sanguisorba officinalis L.
