中西医结合治疗孝感地区普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析60例孝感地区普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)患者的临床资料,比较单纯西医治疗和中西医结合治疗普通型COVID-19的临床疗效。方法:选择2020年2月23日至3月28日于孝感市中心医院接受住院治疗的60例普通型COVID-19患者作为研究对象,随机分为单纯西医抗病毒治疗组(对照组)和西医抗病毒联合中医辨证治疗组(研究组),每组各30例患者,观察比较两组患者治疗一周后的临床疗效相关指标,包括体温、血氧饱和度、实验室指标、体温恢复时间、核酸检测阳转阴时间、治疗前后肺CT显影改善情况。结果:治疗一周后,两组患者的体温、血氧饱和度均恢复正常水平(P>0.05),WBC水平变化均无显著性改变(P>0.05);研究组患者的临床疗效显著性升高(P<0.05);研究组患者2019-nCoV核酸检测结果阳转阴所需时间、体温恢复正常所需时间均缩短(P<0.05);研究组患者的LC水平显著性升高且CPR水平显著性降低(P<0.05);两组患者的肺CT显影范围均缩小,且以研究组患者肺CT改变为肉眼可见的显著。结论:中西医结合治疗孝感地区普通型COVID-19的诊疗方案科学规范、安全有效,建议广泛应用于临床。Objective:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 60 patients with common new coronavirus pneumonia(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)in Xiaogan area,and compared the clinical efficacy of simple western medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of common COVID-19.Methods:Sixty patients with ordinary COVID-19 who were hospitalized at Xiaogan Central Hospital from February 232020 to March 282020 were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into a western medicine antiviral treatment group(a controlled group)combined with a western medicine anti-virus combined TCM syndrome differentiation treatment group(research group),30 patients in each group.Observing and comparing the clinical efficacy related indexes of the two groups of patients after one week of treatment,including body temperature,blood oxygen saturation,laboratory indicators,body temperature recovery time,nucleic acid detection time from positive to negative,and lung CT imaging improvement before and after treatment.Results:After a week of treatment,the temperature and blood oxygen saturation of the two groups of patients returned to normal levels(P>0.05),and there was no significant change in WBC level changes(P>0.05).The clinical efficacy of the patients in the study group increased significantly(P<0.05).The results of the 2019-nCoV nucleic acid test results of patients in the study group were shortened from positive to negative,and the time required for body temperature to return to normal(P<0.05);The LC levels of the study group patients were significantly increased and the CPR levels were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The lung CT imaging range of the two groups of patients was reduced,and the lung CT changes of the study group were significantly visible to the naked eye.Conclusion:The diagnosis and treatment plan for the treatment of common new coronavirus pneumonia in Xiaogan area is scientific,standardized,safe and effective,and it is recommended to be widely used in clinic.
