麻杏二陈汤加减联合拔罐治疗小儿哮喘慢性持续期临床疗效及其作用机制探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨麻杏二陈汤加减联合拔罐治疗小儿哮喘慢性持续期临床疗效及其作用机制。方法:选择2018年4月~2020年9月就诊的90例哮喘患儿,随机分为对照组及观察组各45例,对照组予常规治疗,观察组予以麻杏二陈汤加减联合拔罐治疗,对比两组疗效、炎性因子及免疫功能指标。结果:(1)治疗后观察组症状体征评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(2)治疗后观察组C-ACT评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(4)治疗后,观察组hs-CRP、IL-6及TNF-α含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(5)观察者免疫功能指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麻杏二陈汤联合拔罐可有效减轻哮喘慢性持续期患儿临床症状,提高临床疗效,其机制可能与该方案能够调控炎性因子水平、降低炎症反应及调节免疫应答、提高患儿免疫功能有关,值得推广运用。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of using Modified Maxing Erchen Decoction combined with cupping in the treatment of Chronic Duration of Pediatric Asthma.Methods:90 patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were randomly divided into a controlled group and an observation group,45 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Modified Maxing Erchen Decoction combined with cupping while the controlled group was given conventional treatment.The curative effect,inflammatory factors and immune function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:(1)Compared with the controlled group,the scores of symptoms and signs in the observation group were significantly lower through the treatment(P<0.05);(2)Compared with the controlled group,the C-ACT score of the observation group was significantly higher after treatment(P<0.05);(3)The comprehensive effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05);(4)Compared with the controlled group,hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower through the treatment(P<0.05);(5)The immune function index of the observation group was significantly better than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maxing Erchen Decoction combined with cupping can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of children with chronic persistent asthma,and improve the clinical efficacy.The mechanism may be related to the regulation of inflammatory factors,reduction of inflammatory reaction,regulation of immune response,and improvement of immune function of children,which is worthy of popularization and application.
