基于怪病多痰理论探讨皮肤病的治疗

摘　　要：皮肤作为人体最大的器官,其病种多达3000余种,疑难杂症亦多,中医药治疗皮肤病有独特的优势。《丹溪治法心要·卷二·痰第十九》云:“痰之为物,在人身随气升降,无处不到,无所不至。”又曰:“风痰多见奇证,湿痰多见倦怠软弱。气实痰热结在上者,吐难得出……”可见痰邪致病千奇百怪。痰作为机体重要的病理产物,可以导致全身的多种病证,甚至出现一些怪病奇证,故前人有“怪病多痰”“诸病多因痰而生”“百病多由痰作祟”之说。皮肤病虽发于外,但与脏腑经络有着密切联系,其症状变化多端,反复发作,缠绵难愈。本文从“怪病多痰”理论出发,对皮肤病的治疗思路进行探讨,与广大同道共享。As the largest organ of the human body,skin has more than 3,000 kinds of diseases and many incurable diseases.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in treating skin diseases.Danxi Governing Essentials,Volume Two,Sputum Nineteenth said:“The sputum is a thing,which rises and falls with the air in the human body,everywhere and everywhere.”He also said:“Wind and sputum are often seen with evidence,wet sputum is more common with fatigue and weakness.Qi and sputum are hot and sputum is bound to the above,it is difficult to get vomiting......”It can be seen that the sputum is pathogenic and strange.As an important pathological product of the body,sputum can cause a variety of disease symptoms throughout the body,and even some strange symptoms.Therefore,predecessors have“strange disease with much sputum”,“various diseases are caused by sputum”,and“one hundred kinds of diseases are caused by sputum”.Although skin diseases occur outside,they are closely related to the internal organs of the viscera,the symptoms and changes are numerous,recurrent,and lingering.Based on the theory of“strange disease with much sputum”,this article discusses the treatment of skin diseases and shares it with the majority of colleagues.
