辣蓼止泻颗粒治疗小儿细菌性肠炎(湿热证)疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察辣蓼止泻颗粒治疗小儿细菌性肠炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年3月绵阳市中医医院门诊90例细菌性肠炎患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例,对照组予对症处理,在口服补液、维持电解质平衡的基础上加用头孢克肟颗粒。观察组在对照组基础上联合辣蓼止泻颗粒治疗。对比两组患儿临床疗效、预后及安全性。结果:观察组总有效率为95.56%,对照组总有效率80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加用辣蓼止泻颗粒治疗小儿细菌性肠炎能缩短病程,加强疗效,减轻抗生素的副反应,继承并发展中医创新理念,促进中医药在临床上的运用,值得推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of using Spicy Polygonum Antidiarrheal Granules in the treatment of children with bacterial enteritis.Methods:Totally 90 cases of bacterial enteritis in children admitted to department of TCM pediatrics in the outpatient department of Mianyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine?from January 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into an observation group and a controlled group,with 45 cases in each group.The controlled group was treated with symptomatic treatment,oral rehydration,and maintenance of electrolyte balance based on the addition of Cefixime Granule.The observation group was treated with Spicy Polygonum Antidiarrheal Granules on the basis of the controlled group.The clinical efficacy,prognosis and safety of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%,the total effective rate of the controlled group was 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using Spicy Polygonum Antidiarrheal Granules in the treatment of infantile bacterial enteritis can shorten the course of disease,strengthen the curative effect,reduce the side effects of antibiotics,inherit and develop the innovative concept of traditional Chinese medicine,promote the application of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice,and which is worth popularizing.
