化痰平喘汤联合中医特色护理对肺胀患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察化痰平喘汤联合中医特色护理对肺胀患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响。方法:选择2018年8月~2020年8月80例痰热壅肺证肺胀患者,随机分为两组,对照组予常规西药及常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上予化痰平喘汤联合中医特色护理干预,对比两组疗效、中医症状积分、肺功能等。结果:(1)观察组总有效率80%显著高于对照组62.5%(P<0.05);(2)观察组中医证候积分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);(3)观察组肺功能各指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(4)观察组血气指标显著改善于对照组(P<0.05);(5)观察组生活质量各指标均显著改善于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化痰平喘汤联合中医特色护理对痰热壅肺证肺胀患者临床疗效显著,可有效改善中医症状积分、肺功能及血气指标,提高生活质量,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of Huatan Pingchuan Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the clinical efficacy and quality of life for patients with pulmonary distension.Methods:80 patients with lung distension due to phlegm heat obstructing lung syndrome from August 2018 to August 2020 were randomly divided into a controlled group and an observation group.The controlled group was given routine western medicine and routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given Huatan Pingchuan Decoction combined with TCM characteristic nursing intervention on the basis of the controlled group.The curative effect,TCM symptom score and lung function of the two groups were compared.Results:(1)The total effective rate of 80%in the observation group was significantly higher than 62.5%in the controlled group(P<0.05);(2)The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the controlled group(P<0.05);(3)The indexes of lung function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05);(4)The blood gas index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05);(5)The indexes of quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huatan Pingchuan Decoction combined with TCM characteristic nursing has significant clinical effect for patients with lung distention due to phlegm heat obstructing the lung.It can effectively improve TCM symptom score,lung function and blood gas index,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
