蒋健化裁活络丹、逐风汤、刷痰丸治疗帕金森病的临床经验

摘　　要：基于现代医家关于帕金森病的因机证治论述并结合自身临床经验,蒋健教授认为本病病机为本虚标实,本虚主要在于肝肾气血亏虚,标实主要在于痰湿瘀血阻络、内风发动,临床往往本虚标实同时存在,内风夹痰瘀多贯穿于帕金森病的发病始终。蒋健教授常用活络丹、逐风汤、刷痰丸化裁治疗本病,紧紧抓住补益肝肾、祛痰化湿、活血化瘀、舒筋活络、搜风剔络、熄风解痉止颤六大主线,善用虫类药,敢用大剂量,治风先治血,多原则灵活配伍,取得了较好疗效。In view of modern Chinese medicine on the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome and therapy of Parkinson’s disease and Professor JIANG Jian’s personal c1 inical experience,he think the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease is deficient root and excessive superficial.The primary aspect mainly lies in dual deficiency of Qi and blood and liver-kidney depletion,and the secondary aspect lies in phlegm dampness and static blood blocking collaterals and the internal wind stirring.In clinical practice,there are often both deficient root and excessive superficial,and the internal wind and phlegm dampness and static blood are common throughout the course of Parkinson’s disease.Professor JIANG Jian often uses Huoluo Dan,Zhufeng Decoction,Brush Phlegm Pills to treat Parkinson’s disease,tightly grasp the six main lines of tonifying liver and kidney,expectorating phlegm and dampness,activating blood stasis,relaxing tendons and activating collaterals,searching the wind and picking up collaterals,extinguishing wind spasmodic and quiver,making good use of insect drugs,being brave to use large doses,treating wind and blood first,more principles flexible compatibility,has achieved a good curative effect.
