夜消痛贴膏联合中医康复护理对神经根型颈椎病患者TXB2、β-EP和CRP的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察夜消痛贴膏联合中医康复护理对神经根型颈椎病患者血栓素B2(TXB2)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)和C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法:选取我院(2018年7月~2020年6月)收治的神经根型颈椎病患者60例,根据护理干预方法分为2组,每组30例。对照组给予夜消痛贴膏联合常规护理干预,观察组给予夜消痛贴膏联合中医康复护理干预。记录2组干预前后颈部肌力、视觉模拟(VAS)评分、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分、颈椎病临床评价量表(CASCS)评分变化,检测2组TXB2、β-EP和CRP水平变化。结果:干预后2组颈部前屈、后伸、左侧屈、右侧屈肌力逐渐上升(P<0.05),观察组颈部前屈、后伸、左侧屈、右侧屈肌力高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后2组β-EP逐渐上升(P<0.05),TXB2、CRP逐渐下降(P<0.05),观察组β-EP高于对照组(P<0.05),TXB2、CRP低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后2组ADL评分、CASCS评分逐渐上升(P<0.05),VAS评分逐渐下降(P<0.05),观察组ADL评分、CASCS评分高于对照组(P<0.05),VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:夜消痛贴膏联合中医康复护理了改善神经根型颈椎病患者颈部肌力,减轻疼痛,提高日常生活活动能力。Objective:To observe the effect of Night-Xiaotong Paste combined with TCM rehabilitation nursing on thromboxane B2(TX B2),β-endorphin(β-EP)and C reactive protein(CRP)for patients with radiculopathy.Methods:60 cases of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type admitted in our hospital(from July 2018 to June 2020)were selected,divided into 2 groups according to nursing intervention methods,30 cases in each group.The controlled group was treated with nocturia paste combined with routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given Night-Xiaotong Paste combined with TCM rehabilitation nursing intervention.To record the changes of cervical muscle strength,visual analogue(VAS)score,daily life activity scale(ADL)score,cervical spondylosis clinical evaluation scale(CASCS)score before and after intervention,The TXB2,β-EP and CRP levels of the 2 groups were detected.Results:After intervention,the muscle strength of neck flexion,extension,left flexion and right flexion in the two groups increased gradually(P<0.05).Further comparison between the two groups found that the muscle strength of neck flexion,extension,left flexion and right flexion in the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).Theβ-EP of the two groups increased gradually(P<0.05)and the TXB2,CRP decreased gradually(P<0.05).Theβ-EP of the observation group was higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05)and lower than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).The ADL score and CASCS score of the two groups after intervention increased gradually(P<0.05),and the VAS score decreased gradually(P<0.05).Further comparison between the two groups found that the ADL score and CASCS score of the observation group were higher than those of the controlled group(P<0.05)and the VAS score was lower than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Night-Xiaotong Paste combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing improved neck muscle strength,pain relief and daily life ability of cervical spondylosis with nerve root
