中西医结合护理对脑卒中患者生活质量、神经功能缺损及满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合护理对脑卒中患者生活质量、神经功能缺损及满意度的影响。方法:选取我院2020年1月~2021年1月收治100例诊疗的急性脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,对照组予以常规急救护理,观察组在常规急救护理基础上早期给予中医护理联合人性化综合护理措施,系统观察生活质量评分、GCS、NIHSS、FMA、MBI量表评分及护理满意度。结果:两组生活质量各指标较前均有所改善(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组显著改善(P<0.05),两组NIHSS评分较前有所改善降低(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组降低显著(P<0.05),两组GCS、FMA、MBI评分较前有所改善提高(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组提高显著(P<0.05),观察组总满意率86%显著优于对照组67%(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理能够显著改善脑卒中患者神经、运动功能障碍,提高其生活质量和护理满意度,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with humanistic nursing on the quality of life,neurological deficit and satisfaction for stroke patients.Methods:Selecting 100 patients with acute stroke who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 as the research objects.They were divided into a controlled group and an observation group by the random number table.The controlled group received routine emergency care,and the observation group received routine emergency care.On the basis of emergency care,we will give TCM nursing combined with humanized comprehensive nursing measures at an early stage,and systematically observe the quality of life scores,GCS,NIHSS,FMA,MBI scale scores and nursing satisfaction.Results:The quality of life of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly improved than the controlled group(P<0.05),the NIHSS score of the two groups was improved and decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the controlled group(P<0.05),the GCS,FMA,MBI scores of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the controlled group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of 86%in the observation group was significantly better than 67%in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with humanistic nursing can significantly improve the neurological and motor dysfunction of stroke patients,improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
