摘　　要：毛以林教授临证40年,积累了较丰富的临证经验,特别是对于危重症的辨治。主张对危重疾病的治疗原则是要牢牢把握正气,对于心肺之危证,以固摄上焦宗气为要;对于脾胃之气衰败危证,抢救以顾护胃气为关键;对于下焦元阴元阳衰败亡脱之症要治以补阴摄阳,固守元气为原则;另对于一些邪实正不虚者,则需祛邪以达正安;危重症变化迅速,治病用药不可固执一方或一法,当审证求因,知常达变;同时重视调摄护理。列举三两则运用毛以林治疗危急重症经验指导临床的医案,以资佐证。Professor MAO Yilin has 40 years of clinical experience,especially in the treatment of critical illness.The treatment principle of critical diseases is to firmly grasp the healthy atmosphere.For the heart and lung syndrome,it is necessary to take care of the upper-Jiao Zong-Qi.For the spleen and stomach syndrome,the key is to take care of the stomach Qi.For the lower-Jiao nephro-Yin and nephro-Yang decline,it is necessary to tonify nephro-Yin and take care of nephro-Yang,sticking to vitality as the principle.For some cases of excess and deficiency of Qi,it is necessary to remove pathogenic factors to achieve health.Critically ill patients change rapidly,so we should not insist on one side or one method of medication.We should examine the evidence and seek the cause of disease,learn the constant change,and pay attention to nursing.Three or two clinical cases guided by MAO Yilin’s experience in the treatment of critical illness are listed as evidence.
